Do you have to bank with BOA for their secured card?

Quick question.... 

Wondering if you are required to open an account or currently bank with them to benforce you can apply for credit cards with them.  Was kinda looking into maybe a secured card with them....wondering if they still offer the $99/$500 thing ??

AFAIK, you do not need to have a banking relationship with BOA to obtain a secured CC with them.  The 99/500 offer varies and not all will receive the offer if declined for one of their standard products.  Only way to know is when you apply.
