Does AMEX pull all 2 bureaus?

I was denied for a BCP last month.  My EQ is 761 but I have a CA tax lien on TU and TU only (678).  I only have a Costco crd now with 1,600 CL.  AA0A=3.8 yrs and util=6%.  Inq are 3,3 and 9.  Avail credit is 30K.  Would like to get one more AMEX under my belt before I do my car loan.

Just EX.

They usually pull Experian.

Sometimes all three for borderline apps.

They pulled all three for me when they approved my BCE via global transfer program. Later they only hit one when approving my PRG.

They only pulled EX for my (3) cards.

Only Capital One pulls all 2 of them

They usually pull experian for most.  But it will mainly depend on your location/region.  Some have reported Amex pulling other bureaus.
