Does Anyone Have The Capital One Venture Card?

Received emailed asking me to apply , just wanting some opinions on the card itself

someone posted in another site, around 750 fico required, 5 years credit history. lowest limit given 5 K

What's your score(s)?  I have 2 cards with them and for the life of me they will not give me a CLI or another card. 

I am thinking that is because one was a starter card and the other was a "steps" card.  Now if I want another card I have to go the route of closing one and then re-applying.  That means 3 hard pulls on each bureau. 

I keep what I have for now.
