Does BOA forget?

I have a question about if BOA forgets from at least 7 years ago? Not for me but for someone i know. They have really good credit but they do owe them money from years ago, its not on their report either. Also what do they pull when u apply?

I doubt it, they don't even offer CLI why should they forget/forgive. But with credit your YMMV deal applies.

some banks have their own list, or blacklist, and they tend to remember those that burned them...the CR that each creditor checks upon application also depends on state...bofa for me (CA) pulled EQ or EX

BOA never forgets. They even keep lists of baddies from credit card portfolios they acquired from other banks many years ago. They do check. I was brought over from MBNA America and they never forget. Might give you a new start but they don't forget.
