Got a recent approval from BofA on the Ak Airlines sig card with a 12k limit.. have had an Ak Airlines platinum card with a 2.5k limit for a while now.. I pulled up the online chat to ask if i could transfer the limit from platinum to sig card and close the platinum.. got the typical wait a min while i check ur acct.. and then she said sure no problem and proceeded to ask a bunch of questions that you find in the typical card application.. employment.. current housing.. income and what not... so i closed the window... do they run your credit again for a limit transfer ???? if they do i'll just close the platinum card.. they just got all my info last week when i apped for the sig.. and they got it 5 months ago when i got the platinum.. hasnt changed since then lol..

I have heard they run HP to move CL around.
They do HP for a CL reallocation. Best to just close it and when you want a CLI hit for the stars. 
Thats lame ... glad I closed out the window before I gave em all my info.. that stinks lol.. oh well.. guess I shouldnt be complaining about my new credit line.. its twice as big as my next closest card

I suppose in the mean time ill just sock drawer the platinum till its af fee time.. will help with utilization
