Does Bofa combine limits on 2 cards?

I have a 321 cash rewards card.  I just got approved for the Bofa priveliges.  Have you heard of Bofa combining limits?

They moved some limits around for me.  I should note that it required me to do a hard pull.  How did you get the privieges?  They wouldn't let me pc to it.

Gas: Discover It, Penfed Platinum Rewards x2, Chase freedom, Citi TYP
Plane tickets: CSP
Groceries: AMEX BCP, Penfed Platinum Rewards,Citi TYP
Clothes: Express, Amex BCP, Discover IT
Amazon: Citi Forward, Cash +

I didn't PC into it.  I applied.  It's going to be my gas card.  3% cash back, plus an additional 1.5% cash back if you redeem into Merril Lynch account, which I have.
