Does Cap 1 have a cap on all cards?

Since today seems to be a cap one day I thought I would check to see if anyone knew if cap one had preset limits on their cards?

I also have a cap one card that was in credit steps.   I got it in May 2010 with a$500 limit.  It then went to $750 and in December went to $2250.

It is a capital one platinum no hassle cash rewards with a $39 AF.   Does that top out at $3000 (if cap one gives increases again)?

I currently have the same card but with no annual fee.  I was recently told by a Capital One rep that $3000 is the highest credit line one can receive with that card.  I recently opened another that now has the $39 annual fee in order to help with my utilization.  I started with a $500 CL and am enrolled in the credit steps program too.  In 5 months, I should be increased to $750,  and hopefully will continue to increase as the other did.
