I'm not sure what their thoughts will be this year but the last time they did a large scale rate jack I called the backdoor number about 6 months later and was able to have them reduce my APRs down below the rates they were at before the increases.
Could I have done this before 6 months?...probably. I was actually calling for a CLI and the CSR offered this to me. I plan on calling in a few months.
