Does Cap One Venture Card NOT report the credit limit to the bureaus?

Is it possible that the Cap One Venture Card does NOT report the credit limit to the bureaus?

If that's the case, I'm bummed out to learn that.

It should. But the first reporting after approval could be with 0 and no CL yet. I had this happen for QS. How long have had the card?
