Im thinking of closing my $2000 limit Cap1 as they waived the annual fee last year and I don't want to have to make a note to call each year to see if that's an option, and if not get stuck paying it. I don't use the card, and the limit wont really affect my overall utilization. Would Cap1 move that $2000 over to my Quicksilver?
