Does Chase Credit Analyst know your checking account balance?

When you call Chase backdoor number, can they see your checking/saving account balance or CD? Or I have to ask my local branch banker call to tell them that?  Thank you.

they can see it.

Most banks, chase included, will however be paying attention to your average daily balance more than the current balance.

More often than not, the underwriting group has access to your overall Chase relationship and/or has a specialized group that can provide them the data - depending on whether your relationship is comingled with business accounts and/or CPC.  Similarly, if you have a Chase relationship and visit a branch, a personal banker has access to it as well.
