Does Citi do 1 or 2 HPs, for consolidating or combining multiple cc accounts into one?

I was potentially thinking of paying off my 2 Citi DPs and my Simplicty, and then combining or consolidating their limits onto my Citi DC and then closing out everything except the DC.  I know from earlier research on the forum that Citi may sometimes do double-pull HPs for new credit apps, but do they do the same thing when they HP for cc account consolidations?  Also does anyone know what CRA Citi usually pulls for cc consolidations please or moving of limits from one card to another?

At least in my area (Delaware) Citi seems to favor EQ. I've never done a reallocation with them but I would assume EX or EQ, they almost never seem to pull TU for anyone.

I doubt they would double pull, since the analyst is doing it manually when moving the limits, but you never know I guess.

Just tried to do some reallocation to my new DC- no dice. Rep said they aren't doing that anymore- has to be done as a CLI.

Combining Cit cards is hit or miss.  This is a case where you might have to go the EO to get it done and even then it has been frustrating from what I have read.  If youre successful in finding someone who can get it done it should only be one HP.

About 9 months ago I asked Citi if I could move the limit on my Simplicity card over to my Thank You card and then close the Simplicity. I was told by the credit specialist (I think this was the title I was given) that what Citi does is do a credit limit decrease on my Simplicity down to $500.00 and then do a credit limit increase on my Thank You card which would result in 1 hard pull. After that was done I could then close the Simplicity. Needless to say, I still have the Simplicity.
