Does GEMB Blacklist?

I'm curious to hear whether anyone has gotten credit on a GEMB managed retail credit account after discharging them in BK.

I discharged a Men's Wearhouse account in BK.  So many retail and Gas Cards are through GEMB, I'm wondering if it would be worth risking a hard inquiry to apply for something like Walmart.

I included JC Penney in BK .  Shows on my credit report as a GEMB card.  Anyhow, I have gotten other GEMB cc's since then, American Eagle and Dillards.

No they do not blacklist at all! I just got approved for JcPenney, 200 limit 05/2010, Walmart 1200 limit a few days ago and Chevron/Texaco Gas card all through GEMB. I am restablishing and actually I have a charge off for JcPenney and Walmart from 6 years earlier, scheduled to fall off next year from poor misuse of credit in college. I was afraid they would never give me another chance, but they have and they gave me a 1200 limit on Walmart !! Go for it!

My understanding is no they do not, but like many, I have blacklisted them!
