Does Line of Credit impact Util?

Hi all,

im considering PCing to a Visa Signature card and want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row beforehand. Curious if Lines of Credit are **bleep**

my current utilization is 7% and I have a $10k LOC that is unused so want to make sure it is used to **bleep** visa Siggy will no longer report with a limit.
