Does Synch combine credit limits?

I haven't heard of synch combining credit limits on

Co branded cards. 

More specifically, I need a large CL on

A Lowe's card for a big remodel project on my house.

Can I close a Care Credit and transfer limit to Lowe's?

I'm guessing I already know the answer is no!

But I wanted to throw it out there in case anybody had further guidance and direction.

You can't reallocate CLs with Synchrony cards, but if you're at max exposure many have reported being able to lower/close another card, then go back to get a CLI on the one where they wanted it.
