Does USAA have CC prequal site?

No they don't
I don't think I've seen one. If you're a USAA member and already set up with access to their site you can see if there is an offer for credit products after logging in. That said, don't just rely on prequals.

+1
Agreed prequals can be all over the place.
If you're a USAA member then sign up for their credit check service. If your report is good then you should see an offer after a little time that you will get an offer.

You don't need to sign up for their credit check service. I started getting offers well before I signed up.
Can anybody, not a member just sign up for the credit check service?
Just curious, I use their free one based on EXP...it yells about any change, including 'score' so why pay
If more than just members can get it, I'd say take it

I believe that.
It doesn't hurt though to have the service.
