I have a USAA credit card that I got back in 2012. The card is important to me because it's one of my first larger limit cards after bk7 in 2010. The problem is that the APR is the worst one they offer - 26.15% - YIKES! They recently increased my limit. My scores now are much better than they were when I initally got the card. I'm at a 749 EQ right now with very low util. Any idea if they would reduce the APR? I won't close the account regardless but 26.15 is just insane. My cap1 rates are lower than that!

No they do not and they do not combine card Cl either.
They made me apply for a new card.
In the past they would occasionally adjust the APR on cards. I have an old "standard" USAA Visa,
which is a card they haven't offered in years. I haven't used it much in maybe 12-15 years, just
enough to keep it open. The APR gradually declined to where it is now; 6.25%. I don't remember
the history of how it got there exactly, but I do recall getting mail notice they had reduced my APR
at least a couple times. I don't pay much attention to the card and don't care about card APR's in
general, so my recollection isn't real precise.
All that happened more than 7 years ago, so that may not be the case now and with current card
offerings.

It may be YMMV... here's a thread where somebody was successful:

They have in the past for me and they would not recently. I did get a reduction that they initiated not too long ago.
I'd suggest asking them versus relying on our anecdotal evidence.
