I live in Hawaii and Elan handles the CC underwriting for one of our bigger banks here in Honolulu. Strangely, they are one of the very, very few who pull TU in Hawaii. Not sure about other states.

They pulled EQ when I apped with them back in December.  I think they are somehow related to Chase/First USA.

edit correction they pulled EQ. and they are part of First USA.

I am sure they are independent. Which state did they pull EQ for you?

Did any of you got approvals from them? What is the CL you got and what were your scores? I am looking at First Bank Biz Visa or PNC Bank Biz MC both issued by Elan.

No approval for me...denied.  I think they provide card services for smaller banks.  So, quite possibly, applying for one of those over the net is a waste of an inquiry and time.  If you bank somewhere that uses Elan, then you probably have a shot though.
