Does anyone know on the Best Buy store card...

if you request a CLI online when logged in to your account is it a hard pull on your report?

the 2 times we did it, it was a soft pull.

I opened mine with their progrm "A" and a 2000 limit. Asked for an increase upon activation and got another 800 with a soft pull. So did one of my frends and got the same result!
