To start, I would suggest using the Search feature in the upper-right (below the Community tab) and type: Discover bk

Do the same for AMEX or any other questions. More than likely, you will find your answers from those who have experienced it first-hand.
Be aware of dates, as some posts may not be current. Just supply a tweak to your search criteria and I'm sure you'll get good results.
