I'm in the midwest and Sync pulled TU for my Lowes card...actually, they've pulled TU for all cards that I've got with them. But listen to 2011, he's spot on about the lender pulling credit right before closing/funding. I have all 3 of my reports pulled the morning of the funding for the loan on my house. But I had a good loan officer who instructed me as to what to do throughout the entire process...and the biggest "no-no" was applying for additional credit or have the balance of my checking/savings account fluctuate too much.
