I dont think that could happen, since Comenity doesnt back the MC.
Now.....Ive applied before for the MC with FNBO (First Bank), and denied, and later offered the secured OS MC, which graduates. I declined.

Also...Comenity Capital Bank back the store card, which can be a little tougher and they pull EQ!!! The MC is FNBO, and they EXP!!
Dont have FICo scores yet, almost. FAKO are 685 - 699 .
