I would send them a message through your account. I did this and it worked for me. I love the CSP and Chase in general on a customer service level!

Call the number on the back of your card.  The Sapphire Preferred has its own customer service team that is all U.S. based.  Or you can use the secured message center.

had a weird experience calling the number on the back of my card

 

she said that this 2000 dollar offer isnt on the chase website and that she WOULD match it for me because i called but it isnt a 'legit' offer?
