As long as your posted charge doesn't show $9.99 for the pizza and $1,000 for the tip - I think you are fine.

Just wanted to say to the op for peace of mind stuff, I've ordered from dominos in about five states, every time they keyed in the card. Maybe it's just a policy or they are too cheap to get/fix card readers?
I've never had any issues with charges I didn't make.
