Re: Duck card approval profiles

Hmmm.... Now it appears we only have half a denial lol

The age of the charge offs seems like the most logical.  I wouldnt think that adding more new accounts would change it.

Re: Duck card approval profiles

@everyone,

Obviously, I'm new to the Boards.  they have been very helpful.  It appears that I have been communicating about the wrong card.  I thought the Discover card was called the Duck card.  I did some research and I believe the Duck card is Oregon Community Credit Union or something like that?  I apologize for jumping in and hyjacking this thread.  I was approved for the Discover card today, not the Duck card.  Anyways, I still give a shout out to Ravensfan2001 for giving me the courage to hit submit again.

Re: Duck card approval profiles

@credit-hoarder,

Yes I app'd for Discover card on August 6th and was denied and approved today for the $6,500.  How old is your public records?

Re: Duck card approval profiles

I busted out of the garden a month early to apply for this on Friday 10/11. Applied online, got the 7-10 day message, went thome, got drunk... (j/k)

Got an Identity Guard alert that they pulled Equifax (3 INQs past year)

This morning had VMs on my cell and work phone from 855-604-3243. Called them back, they wanted to verify my address and confirm some lines on my report.

Approved for $12,000 line, should get the card in 7-10 days!

Re: Duck card approval profiles

@12njoy: My derogs (PR's) range from 2 to 6 years. 2 of them fall off in a little less than a years from now. Discover gave you an excellent CL. They only gave me $1400 back in Aug. but I was d**n glad to have the card b/c it was my first prime card since my rebuild. Are you going to try for the Duck Card also now that you have Discover?
