My partner has the Cash Rewards at 9.65% (Best they offer)
moved $5k over to open a Flagship at some point last year but they opened it at 14.99%
I just called about the APR on it and was told "Sorry, computer currently is not allowing any decrease due to pricing guidelines"
I don't like stupid wording like that and he told me to try back in 12 months.
They think they are cute, when the 0% ends, I'll move the balance over to the Cash Card at 9.65%

Get a CLI on the Flaggy then move it back over!
