I just used this http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/How-to-get-a-PC-or-CLI-from-Capital-One/td-p/1690104 and explained that I was possibly consolidating my cards I have and wanted a reason to keep that one since there was no rewards and the limit was lower. She asked what kind of limit would I like to see and said 4k and got it.
