EQ- credit card

What credit card company uses EQ only and will approve with a score of 627?

There have been a few threads on this and it seems that the only fairly reliable EQ pulls are with certain credit unions.

I can say confidently that in Maryland, Citi pulls EQ.
 
Rust never sleeps and neither does my fico score...
