I'm an AU on DH Discover card. We paid the balance off in February this year. My EQ still shows the old bal of 936. The CL is only 1000, this is hurting my util.
Any suggestions on how I can get it updated? It updates on his reports every month

Do not have him dispute the balance through the CRA unless he wants the AU account removed from his CR. If a dispute is initiated, it should be through the CR of the account holder. Any dispute of any info on AU is very likely to get the account deleted off CR of AU.
You should call Discover and ask them why they have not updated and request it be updated.

I do still use it but I pay it down. My last balance was $43.

let me guess you live in the mid west? if this is case your EQ file isn't handle by EQ ,instead some idiots cal CSC which requires you to make a temporary login to dispute and you have to make servral attempts to get a working one.
