Seems promising, especially if you can double up by shopping through the Citi Bonus Center for additional TY points!

Other people keep getting those targeted offers, but I haven't seen one yet! One member reported 5x on gas and groceries as their targeted promotion. That is something we all can use!

I got this too! They passed on me during the last 5X promotion (for groceries, gas, and drugstores, if I remember correctly?).

I wonder if they select different people every quarter? I got an offer last quarter (for travel, so not groceries, gas, etc.), and I haven't received an email either. I'm not complaining, as I was able to max out the 2,500 bonus, but it might be good to know if there is some method in the madness.

Which card is this for, the standard Thank You card or something else?

There is still the 5x grocery/gas/drugstore for 12 months promo for the TYP, but that is a new app and yours is for existing card holders

This is the 3rd quarter I've received an offer. Oct-Dec 12 was department stores, electronics, and some other stuff I can't remember. Jan-Mar 13 and this quarter is the same groceries, gas, drugstores, commuter expenses.
