Easy store card to get?

I'm in the process of rebuilding my credit.  I have 3 cards opened between june-july 2012.  Cap sec 200, boa sec 300, and wells fargo sec 300.  I wanted to get a store card.  What are some generally easy store cards to get approved for?  I was looking into amazon(ge) and walmart (GE) since I use both stores.

Re: Easy store card to get?

I would have to throw in JCP (GE) as other easy-to-get card.

Is kohls a tripple pull since its cap1? Are they really that easy to get? My dgf scores are 625 do you think she has a chance with recent baddies?

+1. It's an easy approval and will grow nicely.

If you ever want to have a decent limit with Target in the future, I would suggest holding off on that. Target Bank is very similar to Capital One, in that they will reward prime applicants with a higher limit and a better APR, but their cards will never grow with you.

As a former Target team member, I issued hundreds of REDcard credit cards, from $200 limits at 22.9% APR, to $6000 limits and beyond at 12.99% APR. As a current REDcard holder, I can attest to the fact that they do not grow with you. Thinking about closing mine since I don't really shop there anymore, and I still have a REDcard debit card that offers the same 5% discount at POS.

Could you close and reapply later, would they consider you for a better CL/rate then?

Re: Easy store card to get?

I would say GE store cards (walmart, jcp, gap, american eagle, old navy, etc) and WFFNB (victoria secret, express, jcrew, buckles, etc) -- > I heard some of these you can get approved without hard pull if you get prequalified.
