I hadn't seen much of them doing this either, but from reading it seems like it can be tied to whatever has been going on in a profile. It's good to know it's possible that they are doing this here and there.

Just an update, called their fraud department (they're the ones that do the reviews and 4506-T)... And they received my 4506-T told me they sent it to the IRS and to allow 7-10 business days till they can release the "hold" on my accounts.
