Im reporting my 2nd AA, ever! My fidelity card's limit was reduce to $500, from $7,500. I did not have a balance, nor swiped it in a year, but the decrease itself just upsets me, especially leaving only $500!. I did have 3 TU INQs in May, perhaps thats what spooked them.
They were probably spooked because of insufficient usage.

You should be receiving a letter in the mail explaining why, but I'd be willing to bet it's because you didn't use it for a year. VERY common for US Bank/Elan to do that with non-use.
it's not that big of a decrease anyway
It's for non-usage. US Bank did the same thing to me last month. Reduced my credit line from $18,000 to $500 due to inactivity. I ended up closing the account.
