Anyone know if a CLI request with Elan Financial Services is a hard or soft pull? On the site it just says you will recieve our decision in the mail in 7-10 business days. Sounds like hard pull to me so I did not do it. Anyone know for sure?

I would expect a HP if I were you. I dealt with them briefly last year. Not a pleasant experience. They're not very user-friendly! 
That's what I thought. Scuba, do you mind telling me why you decided to leave them? I actually like my world mastercard with them and the no AF is nice. Plus they started me off with a CL of 7000 but I just wanted to get over 10000 with them. If it's a hard I'll wait a year till my inquiries age.
