Elan Financial and ChevronEFCU Vs my Bankruptcy

Looks like a site that may be able to help me.

Does any one know if ChevronEFCU will allow Elan to take deposits out of my account with the credit union IF I file BK on an Elan Card?

Any one who might have info on this please let me know.

You need to find your member and credit agreements to see if everything was cross-collateralized.  My recommendation would be to move money to another bank just so they aren't tempted
