Elan Financial reporting question

Question does Elan financial like Us Bank report  what the statement balance was at the END OF THE MONTH like Us Bank or is it different?  Got the Fidelity Visa recent;y and was curious on this. Assume it follows the weird US Bank logic, but figured I would ask.

im not sure if this answers your question but I got my Fidelity card sometime last month or 2month ago IIRC and it reports my balance as of the statement cycle date not the end of the month.
