Email from usaa

Got an email from usaa about the World Master card and it has an option to apply, but doesn't say pre-approved or anything. Is this just a solicitation email sent to many members or do you think I am pre-approved? Confused.

Even if it is a preapproval they're not guaranteed.

USAA's preapprovals have been known to be pretty solid.  OP, log in to your USAA account and look under the offers tab.  It should show up there in pretty plain language if you're preapproved.

Just checked my offers tab, nothing there about the credit card. Guess I won't take the chance lol
