what do you mean by re-con?

you applied and got denied?

Good luck Ron1

Yes, I applied for Cap 1 Cash Rewards Visa and got denied.  I emailed them last week and I got approved for $3K by re-con. I was a little disappointed for $3K CL. It is better than denial.

Re: Email or Call Capital One EO?

I'd be really interested in learning more about how to do this. I have an old Orchard Bank card that's been stuck at a CL of $420 for 3 years, my credit scores are now in the mid 600s, and I make a 6 figure income it would be nice to have a "real" CL. Utilization is what's killing me right now I'm at 48% but that should drop to under 30% after the next round of updates. According to all the simulators if I can get utilization below 10% I could see an 80 point jump in my score which would be AWESOME! Raising a limit would help. Could someone DM me the email address I should use?

Re: Email or Call Capital One EO?

I contacted them via email earlier this week requesting both a PC and a CLI from my credit steps card with the $500CL.

Sent them an email on Sunday, they called me on Tuesday afternoon, and my online account this morning showed a $1500CL with a rewards structure now! Could CapOne finally be redeeming themselves? Well... the EO at least is.
