Email or Call Capital One EO?

My current baddies: 2 paid off judgements and a stupid paid off collection from Midland that should fall off all 3 next month. EX has 2 CO from Chase and JCP that are about to fall off).

Positives: 2 TL's with Barclays (2900CL total, w/ around $50 reporting each month), PayPal buyer credit (900CL with <$50 reporting monthly). Income 80K, a decent amount in the bank (for house), =) and nothing bad in my report for quite a while.

Fico's of 692 (EQ) and 675 (TU - 12/29/12)

I don't use my Cap1 card and made it clear that with its current layout, I have no reason to. Mind you, with Cap1 I've never been late, never got close to my limit, and always PIF (when I do use it). Lady was VERY nice and spent 15 minutes with me on the phone. She pretty much told me right away that she was sure I'd get what I was asking for.

I wonder if they are getting more and more emails as the days go by. They were really quick with me. I emailed Tuesday, they called me Wednesday and called me today for an update on my request. I remember her saying it would take 5-7 days but was called the following day with great news! Maybe eventually they will allow us to request CLI thru their CS reps.

Sent mine last night!  Actually I got my denial letter from 3/20 which was attached to a score dated 2/26/13.  They must have pulled for an auto review a month ago but not sure why they used that?  Since in one month my credit is night & day so I want them to use a new soft pull.  Crossing my fingers.

Just got the call!  He said the decision could take 2 to 10 days and he will call me with the results.  I feel sick to my stomache.  lol

Don't get sick you will be just fine have a little faith! I think you will be ok...in about 3 days check your account usually the night before they call back changes will take place on your account. Good Luck

I sent the email sunday night got the call tuesday afternoon, saw my cli on thursday night and havent recieve any calls since then. Hoping she would call like she said.

I seriously thought he called to say Oh, you silly girl, we already denied you, what are you thinking?  Then when he started running through the questions I got excited!  "What credit line are you looking for?" was my favorite question of the day!
