Equifax - Customer Care

Should I expect to ever get through on the phone to an Equifax Customer Care representative regarding ScorePower reports?

I call the number they provided in an email and get stuck in a tremendously irritating message loop instructing me as to which number to impatiently press on my phone in order to reach the representatives of my choosing.  Then it says it is transferring the call, and the same annoying message repeats itself over every time I make the correct selection.

Is there any hope?

Re: Equifax - Customer Care

Try again tomorrow. Not sure how the holiday plays in to this factor. Either fewer people to answer the phones or maybe more people home calling. :smileyhappy:
