When I apped in the beginning of August:

 

Discover - EQ

USAA - EQ

Target RedCard - EQ

 

I'm in Connecticut but Discover is pretty reliable on being an EQ puller only, as well as USAA. Target too probably but the big banks can really pull any one of the 3.


Starting Score: TU TransRisk 532| EQ FICO 635|EX Plus 612
Current Score: TU TransRisk 590|EQ FICO 677|EX FAKO 674|Vantage 684 as of March 6, 20
Goal Score: 750-800 across the board
