I was on facebook, and saw this add pop up. https://excentcard.com/
Has anyone had experience with this card? Says no credit check, reports to all three bureaus. I am not interested in this card, just wondering if anyone has experience with it, or this bank? Minimum desposit is 200, which could be helpful for some. Interest is not bad either.
I had never heard of this card before, but reading over their rates & fees, and T&Cs, it looks like it's a decent secured card. They even allow you to earn interest on your security deposit. The annual fee is $39, and it's a fixed 13.99 APR - not bad at all for a secured card.
Right, 39$ isn't bad at all. This one also states in the Terms and Conditions that you can grow your limit but adding more money, which is nice they allow you to do that. My understanding is some secured cards restrict letting you add to your initial CL.

Right, you can add deposits in $50 increments all the way to 5k
Looking a little further at the bank that issues this card (First Choice Bank) I didn't find this card on the bank's website, but I did see one exactly like it called "Secured Primor". Everything else but the name is the same, and on this app you can choose between Gold or Classic, and between Visa and Mastercard. The Gold one has a 9.99% APR, but has a $49 annual fee.
Here's the link to that one: https://www.firstchoice-bank.com/credit-cards.asp#terms
I also like that you can have a spouse as a co applicant. A lot of people may not have the money to put into a secured card, much less two, a joint one could work in situations like that.,
