Back in September I emailed the Executive Office complaining about their credit limits, customer service and just plain lack of etiquette (yes, I used that word!). End result was that by Business Platinum card went from $750 to $10,000.
Today I decided to get greedy, I emailed them asking for an increase to $15k-$20k. I normally run about $8k-$10k through this card so it isn't an unreasonable request. Will let ya'll know what happens.
Is this Cap One?
Last fall, I emailed Cap One about my business card and got an increase from $1500 to $5000. Last night, I sent them another email to see if I could get another increase to $7000 and change over to a cash back card but didnt' hear from them today. Maybe I'll get a call on Monday and perhaps I should try for $10,000 when they call me - I wasn't feeling that bold last night.

Which lender EO gave you such a limit? Going from 750 to 10000 is a big jump even for a EO.
Capital One
I received a call this morning from the Exec Office, said she understood the need for a larger line when utilizing for business and would definitely put it in for manual review and I should hear the middle of the week.
Fingers crossed.

My Capital One went from $1,500 to $20,000 via EO and a HP.
Just heard back, they raised it to $12,500 and she said to call her in 2 - 3 months and underwriting would go up to $20k on it.

Nice Going!
So CapOne called me last Wednesday but I was in a meeting and when I called afterwards, the man who left me a message had left for the day so I left a message for him. He called me back on Friday and told me he would put in my request for the $2000 increase (asking if I would settle for less if needed, which I said yes to) and told me that while my card could not be PC'ed he would add 1% cash back to it (with no annual bonus). That is supposed to kick in in about 10 business days. He called me back this afternoon and told me I was approved for the $2000 extra. So, in November 2012, I was at $1500, which I had been at for more than a year, then I went up to $5000 when I emailed the EO in November and now I am up to $7000. In 6 months, I'll email again and try for $10,000. I just can't get over how nice the people who work in the EO are - truly impressive.
