I'm  ecstatic.   I just pulled my EX and it is 842.  My EX report is clean as a whistle.  I only have one year to go for one PR to drop off of my EQ and TU reports.  Hope those will hit 800 next June.

Good for you!

I was shocked when I just pulled my EX FICO score. Drum roll....

Thanks for the kind words! Believe me, I wasn't trying to one up Imhotrodcrazy, he's a valuable member of this community. I never thought an 850 was possible, maybe EX is broken. lol

Hmm does it have the collections under the public records section? Maybe you should check that something wasn't mistakenly added to your credit report, or an old baddie reappearing?

Nope, ready through the report and it shows the two paid collections but no PR.

I am just bummed at how big of a hit I took with the mortgage.  I know it will bounce back in time but this just stinks.  If I were to apply for my mortgage today I wouldn't even qualify.  I did receive a scorewatch from EQ and it only went down to 712 from 731.

I had planned to garden for 6 months to a year.  Guess, with these scores that will be my only option.

Re: Experian FICO's are back?!

I broke down and got mine.  764 because apparently I have a short credit history (oldest account is 13 years old and AAoA is 4 years, 6 months).  Whatever.  And my HELOC is considered a revolving account and counts against my revolving balance.  Seriously, the model they're using looks suspiciously a lot like TU98.
