experian seems to know all total number of inquiries better than the other bureaus... I guess I have 19... Oops...

You accrue a different amount of inquiries on each individual bureau.

So, you have 19 on Experian alone.

Each credit bureau only keeps track of inquiries on their own report not on all reports. You have 19 on EX alone.
