Thats not exactly true. Its YMMV. never had that come up other than I was too early on the 4 months. I dont carry balances on many of my GE accounts.

It is definitely a ymmv situation.

Some people don't report balances and have success with CLIs, for others who don't report balances, they will constantly be hit with the "insufficient experience at current limit" message.
