Is it a SP or HP?
Word on the street is that it's SP...
How old is the account? I've heard you have to wait 9 months if it's new.

+1 I called Comenity on Friday to find out about CLI policies, they said 9 months for a successful request. I've heard its a SP too, but i havent tried it yet. I got an auto CLI after 6 months. ($400 to $800).

It is a SP and you do have to wait 9 months before you can hit that love button. However.... in my personal opinion, I think that you should bypass that love button altogether and just call it in because its just better and more successful with the CLIs.

That's good to know, then. I just got my Express account in December and can't wait to get some LUV from WFNNB...
It was a hard inquiry on my EX report just a few days ago. Requested it online.
Strangely, I got a letter in the mail yesterday saying they were unable to approve my request (I got a $350 increase) for some miscellaneous reason. Weird! Same thing with my New York & Co account.
For some reason though, I am unable to request a CLI for my LOFT card online. When I get to the screen where they ask for your income, nothing happens. I click Submit & the page just refreshes itself! I'll keep trying.
I got my card last night with a 500 limit. Gentleman on the phone said they are trying for 6ms CLI if you pay more then the min due every month. There is a new one about 2 miles from my house will try it Thursday. They gave me the highest starting limit yet with just a SP.
I have an Ann Taylor account that jumped from 500 to 2080 once Comenity took over. They did these CLIs automatically. I use it, pay for a few months and another couple hundred worth of increase is noted. They took over Talbots, and my 1K limit was raised to 3K right off the bat.
I would ignore the love button, because Comenity sends plenty of love if you use the cards (I have noticed none on my dormant NYCO card, which has not been used in 7 years.)
