So I tried the shopping cart trick on express as my fiance likes their cloths. I didn't get a card offer and was bummed so didn't buy jack squat.
Today however I recieved a letter in the mail saying I have been pre approved for the card.
Does anyone know if I was pre approved when I tried to make the purchase and the popup just didn't popup or did they store my info and pre approved me later on.
