Closed my lowest card Capital one for 1100, it used to be HSBC but was aquired.  I kept it because of the longevity (since 2007) but after two failed  attempts with EO to increase ii think its time to close this and move on.  I just couldnt believe they would rather close the account than raise the limit?  Doesnt make much sense on their behalf.  But what they heck got a preapproval in mail today so i called and got 12.99% for 16k on USAA!

Congrats on the USAA. I don't blame you for closing the Cap1. It'll be a positive TL for ten more years by that time who cares.
