FIA Question

I just noticed that the CCs from my credit union (Visa and Amex) are "offered and administrated" by FIA Card Services.  I had a BoA that charged off a couple years ago, which I settled.  I'm pretty sure FIA and BoA are affiliated and I'm wondering if anyone knows whether I'll be blacklisted from my CU's cards for that reason...

FIA (formerly MBNA) is a subsidary of B of A. As long you settled in the past, I dont think you will be "black listed." But you can always ask your CU about their requirements.
